Asus Expands Aftersales Value with the Platinum Protection Warranty

One of the major points for consideration of any consumer with regards to their electronics is aftersales support. Asus practically doubles up on its drive this 2020 with the introduction of the Platinum Protection Warranty service.

Starting 2020, for an entire year from your date of purchase, practically any accident that may befall your laptop will be to the account of Asus in almost its entirety. The Platinum Protection Warranty covers 100% labor and 80% parts cost.

It can be claimed ONCE per device at any of the 99 authorized service partners all over the Philippines. If your unit suffered drops, falls or other collisions, liquid and electrical damage, and even acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons – as long as the cause was not intentional, you can expect it to be covered by the PPW.

This new warranty works alongside Premium Care and the 2-year Global Warranty for Asus products. Talk about value for money!
