Halo Bias Lighting by Soundscience

MonitorBacklight

Found something interesting at the store today, as shown above, this is a LED strip that is powered by a USB port and is supposed to go behind up to a 24” monitor where it will emit its light and effectively reduce stress that computing has on the eyes.

I believe it is a sound solution and would be very interesting to test on a setup that is directly behind a wall. The strip is a little over 14” shown in the back of the box and it mounts using a double adhesive tape which can probably be mounted more creatively to prevent nasty grime left off from adhesives on surfaces.

I can think of multiple other purposes this might serve but its a bit too pricey for my taste at 430Php… nonetheless it is a good item to keep at the back of my head for possible future applications.
