While the concept isn’t entirely new, seeing one in action can be quite an attraction.
This food truck fills up three parking slots, probably paid for the entire days use, has a generator for auxilliary power, crew handing out postpaid subscription offers in the immediate area, blaring sound systems with the intention of putting ‘JUMP’ into your subconscious (the official name of Smart experience centers), and will probably somehow sell units better than a mall outlet.
