It can be claimed ONCE per device at any of the 99 authorized service partners all over the Philippines. If your unit suffered drops, falls or other collisions, liquid and electrical damage, and even acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons – as long as the cause was not intentional, you can expect it to be covered by the PPW.
