Surface announcement by Microsoft

A few years ago, Surface was a term used by Microsoft for their tabletop touch computing device that had been installed in some cafes if im not mistaken… Now it has turned into something else entirely.

The company is now coming out with its very own tablet hybrid for both its RT version (Mobile) and its Pro version (Full) of Windows 8 and will most probably be released the same time as the new OS is made public.

The Surface will be a 10.6 inch device powered by either an Nvidia ARM or an i5, one of the highlights being a keyboard integrated into the reverse side of a magnetized cover not unlike the smart cover of Apple fame. Micro SD, USB2/3, and video ports are present as well.
