HMR finally in plain sight!

When I was first introduced into this second hand wonderland I always thought how nice it would be to return; but the location of their branch at Pioneer, Ortigas required a little bit of navigation beyond conventional commuting vehicles, not to mention taking your stuff home in case you bought any. This, however, is no longer the case! Enter HMR Telus, Cubao:

This branch was just recently opened last May 15 and it is a sight for sore eyes indeed. It spans a good part of the ground floor of the Telus building near EDSA with the entrance situated to the left of the 24 Hr KFC.

The products inside of it are second hand goods from Australia and ranges from all manner of electronics to exercise machines. Inventory flow is continuous and when I visited, some were just being put into shelves like one Nikon D3100 dual lens kit for a measly 17k+, some tablets here was just priced at 10k and televisions, big ones, you can get starting around 6k up.

Thriftiness is redefined once you step inside this warehouse but you should always remember that these are second hand goods and requires a little bit of know how and tinkering as units are sold as-is and without any form of warranty. Take some time to go around it, I know I’m bound to return within the week, who knows what gems I might find here.

  • do accept refund or change items? may nabili akong set of tools. so excited with it only to find out one unit is broken.

    • I’m not so sure about this because since it is a sort of thrift shop, you’re supposed to check the items completely before purchasing them. I hope luck and good will are with you on this transaction.
